About WMU for Children

Woman's Missionary Union (WMU) wants to help your children learn about and do missions!

The Children’s Resource Team at WMU provides missions resources for children, churches, and families. We focus on children in grades 1 through 6.

Most of our resources feature Southern Baptist missionaries. WMU is an auxiliary to the Southern Baptist Convention.

We produce three missions education curriculum lines: Children in Action (coed), Girls in Action (for girls), and Royal Ambassadors (for boys).

We also create missions books and resources used by many evangelical Christians. Browse our site to see what resources will help your kids change their world for Christ.

Send us your thoughts at children@wmu.org. Sign up for our free e-newsletter. Visit the Children’s Missions group on facebook , and follow @childrenmission on twitter . We look forward to hearing from you!

In an earlier blog last spring, I described how my church does missions during the summer. We take a break from traditional children’s missions programming to better accommodate summer schedules. Now, that’s not to say we take a break from doing missions. Oh, no—not at all! This summer has been packed full of engaging, hands-on missions opportunities for children of all ages!
