Spotlight Update: Harrison Martin in Eastern Europe

The Spotlight Update gives a quick look at what missions personnel have been up to since they were first interviewed for our missions discipleship resources. For full feature stories, subscribe to our flagship magazine, Missions Mosaic.
Harrison Martin continues to see the Lord work in encouraging ways in this service as a nurse practitioner in Eastern Europe. Individuals have professed faith due to outreach through clinics, and Harrison praises God that His kingdom is growing. Pray for the clinical team members as they seek to disciple these new believers and have consistent relationships with them.
Making deep connections can be difficult at times in communities where employment is often transient and seasonal. Pray the missionaries ministering in these villages would find creative ways to reach more people with the gospel and disciple new believers. Pray also that those who believe would carry the gospel with them as they travel for work.
Harrison has partnered with a house church in a village, and the community there has been encouraging. In August, the house church hosted a camp for village teenagers who have been interested in the gospel. Pray this camp would bear fruit and hearts would turn to profess faith. Praise God for the impact people coming to faith in Jesus will have on this village and future generations as teens and those in their households hear the gospel message.
