Subscription Renewal Notice for Fall 2025

Renewals must be submitted before end of business, 5 p.m. (CT), on June 26.

Dear WMU Subscriber:
If you have had an active subscription with us within the last year, you received an email and/or letter from us announcing the renewal deadline for Fall 2025.
That deadline has been extended to June 26, 5 p.m. (CT).
Because of our system updates, the initial renewal process to receive subscriptions beginning with the Fall/September 2025 issues is a little bit different. After this initial renewal, you will automatically receive email renewal notices from our new system.
We look forward to assisting you as you serve the Lord by raising up and equipping your church members to be disciples of Jesus who live on mission!
Changes to Curriculum Subscriptions
WMU is making changes to the way we fulfill our curriculum orders so that we can better serve you, our customers!
We have heard your feedback that there is room for improvement regarding the ordering and delivery of our curriculum, and we are making changes to make this process easier and more seamless for you.
In the fall of 2024, we began announcing changes that would be coming.

Changes that may affect your order include:
- For all subscriptions, we will no longer be shipping to multiple home addresses on church orders. If no one is available at the church to receive mail, we can use an alternate shipping address.
- While the price per issue for subscriptions has not increased, we are now charging shipping. The maximum shipping cost for age-level resource kits will be $3.00 per copy; for the leader guides and individual magazines, shipping cost will not exceed $2.00 per quarterly issue. (*If you have already placed a subscription order on our new website, please see note bottom of this page.)
- Starting with the Fall 2025 issue, Missions Mosaic will be delivered quarterly, with three months in one issue. The price per issue for the print edition will still be $6.25 before shipping.
- We no longer accept Lifeway account numbers as a method of payment. Major credit cards are preferred (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover). We are still working out how to accept checks efficiently in the new system.
- Recurring subscription product orders are now billed according to their publication frequency. Quarterly subscriptions will be billed quarterly. Monthly subscriptions will be billed monthly. This allows you to spread your payments out over a year instead of paying in one lump sum!

How to Renew Your Subscriptions
Steps for Renewing Online
1. Submit Tax Exemption Form if Applicable
WMU uses Avalara CertExpress tax software for tax exemption purposes. If your account is exempt from paying sales tax in your state, you must upload your tax exemption documentation by completing this form. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] or (205) 995-4850. Once we have your church tax exemption certificate on file, your account will not be charged state sales tax.
2. Log In to wmu.com
On wmu.com, log in with the email address that we have on file (the address where you received this communication). If you have not yet logged in to the new site, please reset your password. (If you need to change that email address, please contact Customer Service at (205) 995-4850 or [email protected].)
Log In on Desktop
Click the Person icon in the upper right corner. Or hover over the Person icon and select Log In from the menu. Follow the prompts on the Log In page.

Log In on Mobile
Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. In the popup menu, tap Log In to access the Log In page. Follow the prompts on the Log In page.

3. Navigate to My Subscriptions in Your Account
Once you are logged in, from the home page you can click on My Subscriptions from the dropdown menu under the Account icon on the top right of the website, or, if you are in your account area, you can click on My Subscriptions in the list on the left of the screen.

Click on My Subscriptions from the dropdown menu under the Account icon at the top right of any webpage.

Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. In the popup menu, tap My Subscriptions.

4. Update Your Subscription Order and Check Out
On your Subscriptions page, you will see that we have totaled the number of publications that you were previously receiving. You can adjust your quantity and shipping address on this page, as well as add any additional subscriptions or products to your order.
Then, check out with your credit card.
Shipping costs for subscriptions are included in the price, and your credit card will be charged on June 26 for Fall 2025 renewals.
Shipping costs for products will be added at checkout, and your credit card will be charged at time of checkout. Items shipped from our warehouse in Birmingham will be shipped within 2 business days.
*Note for those who have already placed subscription orders on the new wmu.com website: When you placed your order, you may remember seeing a note that said your card will not be charged for several weeks until we had the actual shipping costs (once it shipped from our printer). You may have also seen estimated shipping costs. Since then, we have decided to go with a bulk pricing system which helps us lower customer shipping costs. We will charge you the bulk pricing ship rate according to your order quantity on June 26.
