How to Access Digital Assets
Digital products and digital add-ons to print products are accessible from your online account.
Availability of Digital Assets
An online account is required to access digital assets.
It is your responsibility to download all digital files after you have made your purchase. Access to digital files through your online account is not guaranteed once a product is no longer sold.
Log in to Your Account
Log in to your account on wmu.com. See "How to Log In to an Online Account" for instructions on logging in.
Access Digital Files from a Computer
On Computer from Header Menu
Click on My Digital Assets in the dropdown menu under the Account icon at the top right of the webpage. This will take you to the "Your Digital Assets" page.
On Computer from Customer Account Page
Click on My Digital Assets in the menu on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the "Your Digital Assets" page.
Using the "Your Digital Assets" Page on a Computer
• Items on the "Your Digital Assets" page are listed by order number, then product name, and then digital download filename.
• Click the "+" on the order listing to open the digital download listing.
• Click the down arrow beside the digital item to download the file.
• There is a search bar where you can search for specific items. The search will bring up order entries in which it finds a match to your search term.
Access Digital Files on Mobile
On Mobile from Header Menu
Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. In the popup menu, tap My Digital Assets.This will take you to the "Your Digital Assets" page.
On Mobile from Customer Account Area Page
Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. In the popup menu, tap My Digital Assets. This will take you to the "Your Digital Assets" page.
