Leadership Connection Volunteers
Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

What is it?—A visionary initiative of national WMU® to identify and train an international network of 2,010 leaders by the year 2010, who will build missions relationships in diverse settings, addressing a variety of needs. LCVs build partnerships resulting in strengthened missions presence and ongoing missions involvement to carry out the Great Commission.

What will a LCV do?—WMU will receive requests for volunteers and match each request to a volunteer who has skills to fulfill the need. Volunteers typically will be involved as trainers, mentors to new leaders, encouragers, etc. They will strengthen missions relationships and collaborate on missions strategy.
