2013 Mission Trips

“The greatest way to expand your worldview is to go where you will be stretched,” shared Susie Emery, a FamilyFEST volunteer. Each year, national WMU offers prepackaged domestic mission trips. FamilyFEST provides an opportunity for you and your family to be on mission together while MissionsFEST offers adults customized mission trips.

WMU Missions Celebration and Annual Meeting: Houston

Celebrate 125 years of missions with WMU as we kick off a yearlong celebration at the WMU Missions Celebration in June in Houston! The Story Lives On will be our theme for this inspiring celebration as we focus on how the gospel story is not only still relevant, but is at the very core of our existence and the reason we do what we do in WMU.

Introducing myMISSION for Young Women

National WMU now offers a new organization for young adult women called myMISSION.

“Young women are such a force for Christ,” said Jean Roberson, ministry consultant for national WMU. “They combine their desire for a deep, authentic faith and a passion for reaching those who are suffering in this world. We hope myMISSION can be that place where faith and practice meet.”
