Founded in 1888, WMU is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.Missions is often reflected in our day-to-day lives. How are YOU reflecting missions in yours?
New Hope Publishers®, WMU®, WMU Foundation, and WorldCraftsSM all offer unique and engaging ways for individuals, families, and churches to grow in a missions lifestyle.

WMU’s internship program is designed to be a partnership with students and their respective college or university. Students receive academic credit in exchange for an internship that involves them in real-life work situations and provides them with educational experiences not obtainable in a classroom setting.
We believe missions is a lifestyle; therefore, we provide missions education resources for all age-levels—from preschoolers to senior adults. Whatever your age or stage in life, we have missions resources for you. Through missions, others may hear of Jesus, the giver of eternal life.
WMU offers a host of opportunities for hands-on missions involvement.
