Why the Complaints?

I don’t like receiving complaints!

I really don’t.

Having been involved in church work and ministry most of my life, I’ve heard my fair share.

Creating Great Leadership Teams

The entire process of starting a new organization can be a daunting one. Whether it is a new business, social organization, or a book club, finding a place to begin can prove interesting. Over the years, I have watched new churches, businesses, and non-profit organizations begin and thrive when the right leadership team was put in place. I have also watched new organizations not do so well when leadership wasn’t a strong as it could have been.

It’s Never Too Late!

The first Christmas in August was a project of the Sunbeam Band of the First Baptist Church of Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1927. Since then, churches from all over have been providing missionaries with much-needed supplies and gifts.
