What is Girls in Action?
GA is an organization for girls in grades 1–6 that helps girls:
• learn a biblical worldview with an emphasis on missions learning and missional living
• develop leadership skills to serve God and share His love with others
• grow spiritually in their understanding of God and His mission, including how they are a part of God’s plan.
Want to learn more about the history of GA? GA began in 1913 as Girls’ Auxiliary. In 1970, the organization’s name was changed to Girls in Action. GA has a rich legacy. Discover more about GA history here.

Girls in Action
GA Motto: "Go Forward!"
GA Pledge: "As a GA, I will do my best to live a missions lifestyle that honors God by learning about missions, praying for missions, giving to missions, doing missions, and participating in the work of the church."
GA Scripture Verse: "Give thanks to the Lord. Worship him. Tell the nations what he has done. Announce how honored he is" (Isaiah 12:4 NIrV).
Girls in Action (GA) is a missions discipleship organization for girls in grades 1 through 6.
Through GA, girls learn about, pray for, give to, and do missions work. They also make new friends and have lots of fun!
GA provides:
