Millions of people are trafficked worldwide each year. Through the WMU compassion ministries of Christian Women’s Job Corps and WorldCrafts, you can help trafficking survivors in your community and around the world rebuild their lives.

CHRISTIAN WOMEN JOB CORPS

Christian Women’s Job Corps equips women, in a Christian context, for life and employment. Many sites minister to trafficking survivors who are learning the skills they need as they rebuild their lives.

WORLDCRAFTS

WorldCrafts develops sustainable, fair-trade businesses among impoverished people around the world. Trafficking survivors across the world find refuge at WorldCrafts artisan groups highlighted in WorldCrafts’ Support Freedom Campaign. These groups provide employment with dignity and help meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the artisans.

TRAFFICKING: THE CHURCH’S RESPONSE

This self-guided mini-course will provide you with an overview of human trafficking. Resources will be provided for leading training conferences on the issue and how you can be involved in the fight against human trafficking.

TRAFFICKING: FIGHTING TO BE FREE

Expose the hard truths and tough consequences of human trafficking to students and adults. This one-hour simulation is designed for participants to experience the realities of trafficking. Participants will learn about trafficking around the world and have an opportunity to reflect on their experiences and how they can minister to those who have been rescued.

This simulation will be available as a download in November 2020.
